CyberClu offers interactive training services designed to develop cyber hygiene skills through regular analysis of real attacks and practical tasks. Our services include live workshops, mentoring sessions, and community labs.

2. Service Offerings

2.1 Description

Our service packages provide scheduled training events and guided hands-on exercises.

2.2 Refunds and Rescheduling

Clients may request a refund or reschedule a session up to 7 days before the scheduled start date. To initiate, contact us via our contact form. Approved requests will receive a reimbursement through the original payment channel within 10 business days. Sessions may be postponed once at no additional charge. Requests made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable due to resource allocation; this ensures availability and quality of instruction.

3. Information Products

3.1 Description

Digital products, including eBooks, video courses, and downloadable resources, are available for instant access upon purchase.

3.2 Refunds

Digital products are refundable within 14 days of purchase if no download or streaming has occurred. To request a refund, use our contact form. Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original method of payment. Once content is accessed, the purchase is final and non-refundable, as digital materials may be replicated indefinitely.

4. Physical Goods

4.1 Description

Physical items such as branded apparel and hardware accessories are shipped to the customer’s address.

4.2 Returns and Replacements

Unused and undamaged items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customers must ship items at their own expense. Upon receipt and inspection, replacements or refunds will be processed via the original payment channel within 15 business days. If items arrive defective or incorrect, shipping costs for platform will be covered by CyberClu.

5. General Terms

CyberClu reserves the right to modify service schedules, materials, and product features. We may update these terms periodically; we will notify clients of significant changes via email.
